Presenting the Edge Series

The Edge Series is a starter set of motor grader training exercises designed to run on the Vortex Edge simulator. They’re designed to complement your classroom theory with ready-to-go training materials:

– A basic controls exercise, which guides trainees through mobile crane functionality.
– A freeform exercise, which lets trainees lift and manoever various objects.
– A skills challenge exercise, which can be used to stimulate competition between trainees and benchmark their understanding.

The Motor Grader Training Pack is a valid simulation for training Motor Grader and Road Grader operators.

CM Labs’ Signal Person Training Station allows novice operators to train together to develop effective teamwork and communications.

While one trainee operates a crane on the Vortex simulator, another works cooperatively within the virtual jobsite, providing signals and guiding the operation through to successful completion via webcam and picture-in-picture display.
