Preparing students to be jobsite-ready is one of the biggest challenges vocational education institutions face.
To address this, Fort Vermilion School Division took a strategic approach, partnering with local industry to co-create 11 career streams, securing over $1 million in funding, and integrating CM Labs’ simulation training system as a core part of its training model.
Students now build confidence on simulators before progressing to college to obtain certification, while employers use the same tools to assess new hires and reduce onboarding risks.
