Wheel Loader Simulator

Provide operators with the coordination and earthmoving techniques they need to master safe, efficient operations.

Overview

The Wheel Loader Simulator Training Pack is an immersive training tool for loader operations. It incorporates CM Labs’ advanced soil simulation, which reproduces bucket/ground interactions with the highest fidelity available today.

Wheel loader operators learn safe and efficient techniques in an open environment with multiple possible solutions, leaving them to exercise skills, creativity, and good judgment, just as in the real world.

Advanced Earthmoving Techniques

The Wheel Loader Training Pack’s advanced soil simulation allows operators to learn complex earthmoving techniques while prioritizing safety in their work zone.

Trainees learn how to ensure a clear driving path for dump trucks, in order to prevent vehicle turnovers. The training pack also includes a Grade Quality Sensor (GQS) that provides real-time visual feedback to the operator when digging or leveling.

Unique Wheel Loader Training Pack Features

During training exercises, operator can change tools depending on the task they need to accomplish. This requires trainees to learn the proper usage of the wheel loader’s quick coupler, in order to avoid accidental release of the bucket during operations, which can lead to life-changing situations on the worksite.

A Tailored Solution

The Training Pack features the most complete collection of progressive learning exercises on the market. Ranging from beginner to advanced, exercises are designed to safely build trainee skill and confidence:

Operator Performance

The Training Pack tracks all operating performance metrics during training exercises and rolls them up into a single score that updates in real time. You can customize the scoring system to take your most important operating criteria into consideration, such as:
