Unique training for challenging container locations.

The Intellia Reach Stacker Simulator Training Pack provides the most advanced training available, with exercises featuring complex lifts and different container types.
This is the only solution providing exercises for working with challenging container locations within a stack.
Operators can stack 20-ft, 40-ft, and 45-ft containers five high in training scenarios, and the reach stacker can reach containers in the second and third rows.
Additionally, trainers can create and edit custom task sequences of the most common or most challenging container moves.
Along with overheight, open-top, and liquid containers, operators also learn how to work with intermodal trailers and internal transfer vehicles (ITVs). Using this training pack, operators can experience the effects of unbalanced loads and other causes of machine instability. As a result, they learn the consequences of different maneuvers in a controlled training environment.
The solution’s embedded learning exercises are designed to improve operator productivity, by enhancing their ability to drive safely in restricted spaces, as well as develop the skills required to work with all types of loads under different weather conditions. Options are included for both daytime and nighttime operations. In addition, the container reach stacker training offers exercise builder capabilities, allowing you to make modifications to suit your needs.
The simulated reach stacker machine includes an inching pedal to better represent the functionality of the real equipment and to facilitate precise movement. The software also features reference lines as part of the spreader, used to indicate the relative position of the spreader in terms of skew and rotation.
Take your reach stacker training to the next level with Intellia Instructor. Designed to empower organizations to scale their training, Intellia Instructor includes sophisticated report generation, customizable learning paths, live faults and weather challenges, and streamlined administrative functions. Uncoupled and untethered from a teaching station, instructors can support multiple trainees in real time via tablet while closely monitoring each individual’s performance.
With actionable guidance and clear progress reports, evaluating whether an operator is ready for live operations has never been easier. Instructors can track skills progress using objective metrics, including:
Stacking height: Up to 5 containers
Load capacity: 45,000 Kg / 50 tons
Wheelbase: 6 m / 20 feet
The Reach Stacker Simulator Training Pack can be installed on any CM Labs port equipment simulator, with different configurations available to meet your budget, space, and training requirements. Designed for years of 24/7 operator training, CM Labs simulators are built to last.
