Do your simulators provide certification? Can I get my certifications completed using your simulator?

Many of our training packs feature exercises and test courses specifically designed to support both certification and recertification preparation.

No simulator on the market can certify operators, but training organizations in Germany and the USA are starting to allow our simulator seat time to be used towards certification and/ or recertification training hours. Elsewhere in the world, simulators cannot certify operators, but simulation training remains an excellent foundation to prepare for certifications and/ or recertifications.

Those interested in gaining the ability to certify operators may be interested in exploring our SimGuide Premium service. This train-the-trainer service includes a personalized simulation integration plan, as well as trainer certification through our partner BTI.

Can I download your training packs to use on my personal computer?

No. We strictly sell only full simulation training systems (hardware and training packs). We do not currently offer our software for download in this way.

Can I run multiple types of equipment on the same simulator?

Yes! Our simulators are designed to support a full catalog of equipment. All you need to do is purchase the appropriate training packs and swappable controls.

Do your simulation training solutions have any yearly renewal costs?

No, there are no recurring costs to using the simulators, training packs, or instructor tools. For those who want additional coverage, we do offer annual maintenance and servicing agreements for ongoing post-sales support.

Do you train operators? How much is the course?

We do not train operators ourselves. Rather, we sell simulators and simulation training tools to organizations that train operators.
