CM Labs’ augmented SimGuide makes it easier than ever for organizations to maximize the investment of integrating simulation into new and existing training programs.
MONTREAL, QC, November 22, 2024—CM Labs Simulations, the leading vendor of simulation-based training solutions for educational institutions, today announced that it has expanded and updated its popular integration service called SimGuide. SimGuide is a consulting service that simplifies the integration of simulation training tools into new and existing heavy equipment operator training programs, helping clients use their simulators to maximum effectiveness and fully address all of their training needs.
“SimGuide addresses a key challenge for many CM Labs clients–they need more than just a training solution, they need an integrated approach tailored to their unique needs and operational goals,” said Lisa Barbieri, VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at CM Labs.
With CM Labs’ SimGuide, customers benefit from training from industry experts, tailored to their specific organizational needs. This individualized assistance ensures that the simulation training system is not only effectively utilized but fully aligned with existing workflows and curriculums. Additionally, all documentation produced during the SimGuide process remains with the client, creating a valuable resource for ongoing reference.
Alan Limoges, Manager of Product Growth and Partnerships at CM Labs, highlighted the long-term advantages of the service: “SimGuide means peace of mind—peace of mind that regardless of your workflows or training tools, your investment will become an integrated simulation training system that aligns with the way you do training.”
SimGuide is now available in two packages: SimGuide and SimGuide Premium. With SimGuide Premium, customers can have their trainers and operators certified by an industry expert during the SimGuide process. CM Labs has partnered with Baker Technical Institute (BTI), a leading provider of career technical education, to offer this additional service to customers.
CM Labs and Baker Technical Institute will be showcasing SimGuide at booth 601 at ACTE’s upcoming CareerTech VISION Expo, taking place from December 4 -7 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. In addition, CM Labs and BTI will also hold a joint session on December 5 at 3 p.m. in room 216A of the convention center. The session, titled “Building Skills, Shaping Futures: The Role of Simulation in Operator Training,” will explore the evolution of simulator training, the current state of the technology, and simulation training’s role in safely and cost-effectively training operators.
